At the end of the pre-formatted subject line of your email message, please specify the position with which you are applying. CON-REAL, LP EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
Great employees are essential to Con-Real’s growth and success. And, Con-Real believes that great employees and our partners, subcontractors and consultants, recognize and respect similar team members. To assist in recruiting great team members, Con-Real has established an Employee Referral Program that is available to present employees and our partners. Con-Real will pay an employee or partner a maximum of $2000 for the successful hire of a referred employee. The rate varies by position as follows:
$1,000 Project Engineers, Office Engineers, Assistant Program Managers and Assistant Superintendents
$2,000 Project Managers, Superintendents and Estimators
Half (50% ) of the referral fees will be paid upon the commencement of employment and the remaining 50% will be paid upon the successful completion of the four (4) months’ employment. Please direct applicants to our website (con-real.com, careers) for job descriptions and to submit resumes. They should indicate the name of the person that made the referral also.
You may submit the resume in the same manner and indicate that you are responsible for the referral.
