Almost there...

Con-Real's work on the Dionne Bagsby Tarrant County Subcourthouse is drawing to a close.

This project consisted of 21,000 SF in additions and 25,000 SF in renovations to the currently building and site utilities including storm and sanitary sewers. The scope of work included a two-story addition to the main building and an addition to the elections center, including the construction of a new breakroom, modern reception area, commissioner's suite, and library. Renovations included interior demolition and reconfiguration of existing facility, updated millwork, installation of a cloud wood ceiling, acoustic wall and ceiling panels, porcelain floor tile, a tile wall, suspended lights, and sleek wood finishes.

Ultimately, this project turned the courthouse into a unified, modern, and elegant space. Great work, team!
