A deal has finally been reached to remodel the Philips Arena that will ensure that the Atlanta Hawks stay in Atlanta for the next 30 years. The project will maintain the downtown facility as a world-class, state-of-the-art venue for sports and entertainment events. It will consists of updated concourses and completely remodeled luxury boxes. Construction is expected to start this summer and will be completed by late next year. The Hawks will continue to play at Philips throughout the project. Con-Real will serve as the Owner's Rep.
