Con-Real's VP of Preconstruction & Project Management, Michael Smith, recently completed his MBA from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Not only did he maintain an impressive 3.9 GPA on a fast-tracked program, he did it all while upholding his duties at Con-Real full-time.
