Project for George Bush Intercontinental Airport Underway

Con-Real is making progress on the Mickey Leland International Terminal, which will be a new state of the art facility for George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The project consists of 750,000 sq. ft. of space which includes 12 wide-body gates with two gates for A380 aircraft, a new processor, two new piers with an option for a future third pier, new ticket counters, passenger boarding bridges, and an expanded security checkpoint. The 12 gates can be configured to accommodate 20 narrow-body planes.
